Getting Started

How do I create an account?

To create an account, download the PriceLeeks mobile app and tap "Sign Up". Enter your email address and create a secure password. You'll receive a confirmation email with OTP to verify your account.

What are the password requirements?

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include:

• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Account Management

How do I change my password?

In the app, go to Profile > Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm the change.

Technical Issues

The app won't let me log in. What should I do?

First, make sure you're using the correct email and password. If you're still having trouble:

• Check your internet connection
• Try closing and reopening the app
• Make sure you have the latest version of the app
• Try resetting your password

I'm not receiving notifications. How do I fix this?

Check that notifications are enabled for PriceLeeks in your device settings. Also ensure that you have notifications enabled in the app's Settings > Notifications section.

The app is running slowly or crashing. What can I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Close and restart the app
• Restart your device
• Update to the latest version of the app
• Clear the app's cache (Android only)
• Free up storage space on your device
